Billing, Termination, Cancellation and Refund on Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions
The FixWings subscription products are offered on monthly and yearly subscriptions, which entitle the original purchaser access to the products for a period of exactly 1 month/1 year from the date of purchase.
The purchaser agrees to pay all fees in effect when incurred. You will be billed for your subscription in advance at the time of purchase and the subscription will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled. If you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. This means we won’t be able to refund you for early contract cancellation.
If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.
Refund Policy
The FixWings subscription no-risk money-back guarantee offers that, if at any time within the first 14 days of opening your paid Account you decide that FixWings is not for you, then just let our support team know (we make it easy!).
We will stop your Subscription and issue you a refund. Your request for a refund must be received within business hours of the 14th day of the date and time of opening your paid Account.
While some refunds may be instant, refund credit can take up to 5 or even 10 business days to show up in your credit card statement. Refund requests made after this 14-day period will not be granted.
Neither “Super User”, free trial accounts, nor renewals, are eligible for refunds. FixWings refunds can be issued only once. By requesting a refund (if issued), you’re waiving your right to the 14-day Refund Policy, which won’t be valid for future purchases of the same product. Thus, if you subscribe to FixWings again, you won’t be eligible for a refund for that purchase.
Refunds for digital downloads or transmission of “leads” are not available.
Processing of Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will generally process your refund within 7 days or less. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the full amount you have paid. Although we try our best to process refunds in a timely manner, PayPal or your financial institution can take up to 3 weeks to reflect the refund in your bank or PayPal account.
Automatic Renewals
Neither free trial accounts, nor renewals, are eligible for refunds.
Unless you notify FixWings before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your renewal, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription for such Renewal using any credit card or other payment medium we have on record for you. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account.
Cancellation and Termination
If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you can do so by logging into your account and proceeding with this option through the account or profile menu. If you are unable to find this option within the billing section or if you have questions or need assistance, please contact Support and they can assist you with the cancellation process.
You will remain liable for all charges accrued on your account up to the time that you downgrade or cancel your Subscription, including full monthly fees for the month in which you canceled. Upon cancellation of your Subscription, FixWings is under no obligation to maintain or store your account information or app configuration. FixWings may, at its option, either delete your information immediately or retain it (in full or in part) in accordance with FixWings’ processes and practices.
FixWings reserves the right at any time, and without cost, charge, or liability, to terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, a failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In addition, FixWings may, in its sole discretion, at any time, temporarily or permanently suspend access to your account, Subscription, or Services for any violation or suspected violation of this Agreement.
FixWings also reserves the right to deny access to anyone, including, but not limited to those users who use proxy servers and/or IP addresses residing in certain geographical areas outside of Canada and the United States. FixWings reserves the right to terminate any portion of the site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Krist Aviation has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment or other payment that is found to be valid will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the Service. Any past due fees and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies. If Krist Aviation terminates your account because of a violation of our terms of service, Krist Aviation will not refund any portion of your payment.
