Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled A&P Mechanics and Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanics to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on commercial aircraft in a fast-paced MRO or line maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial aircraft
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and components
Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
Complete accurate documentation of all maintenance performed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and safety goals
Qualifications

For A&P Mechanics:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
Experience working on commercial aircraft preferred (Boeing/Airbus a plus)

For Unlicensed Mechanics:

Minimum 1–3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
Commercial, military, or MRO experience accepted

For All Candidates:

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and overtime
Own tools preferred (depending on role)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)
